Tam Johnstone is a songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer. He began his music career working as a runner at Sir George Martin’s AIR studios in the late eighties. Throughout the nineties he played drums with several London-based groups and in 2000 he began recording his own music under the name, The General Store. He has also performed and recorded with a wide and diverse range of artists including Tammy Wynette and David Hallyday.
